- Identify and prospect industrial clients in sectors such as:Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Metal & Mining, Power & Energy, Oil & Gas
- Build long-term relationships with plant managers, technical directors, procurement and project teams
- Position Proxa as a preferred partner for temporary and emergency water treatment solutions
- Analyze customer water & wastewater challenges
- Collaborate closely with process engineers to prepare technical proposals
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions with client engineering teams
- Lead price negotiations and contract discussions
- Maintain strong post-project follow-up to secure repeat business
- Identify new industrial investment projects and shutdown plans
- Represent Proxa at industry events, trade fairs, and technical conferences
Our requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred)
- 5-7+ years experience in industrial B2B technical sales
- Knowledge of water / wastewater treatment technologies
- Experience in rental solutions, industrial services or EPC environment is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high autonomy
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work effectively across cultures, borders, and diverse business practices within an international environment.
- Readiness for frequent travel and industrial site visits within the region (valid driving license_

Job description
The Sales & Business Development Engineer, Poland is responsible for developing Proxa’s Mobile business across key industrial sectors, including pulp & paper, metal and mining, chemical, oil & gas and energy. The role covers Poland and selected key customers in CE countries, with a strong focus on rental services.
Key responsibilities include identifying and developing opportunities for mobile water and wastewater treatment solutions. The role involves close cooperation with process and engineering teams to prepare tailored technical-commercial proposals, define optimal rental or DBFMO structures, and negotiate commercial terms with industrial customers.
The position requires active management of the customer portfolio across the full project lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through contract execution and long-term service delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on building long-term partnerships with industrial clients, ensuring repeat business, contract profitability, and sustainable revenue growth.
